We are currently looking for a professional in sales to join our team in Riga, as a
SALES REPRESENTATIVE
(forwarding services)
Your Tasks
The role is responsible for developing and growing the client portfolio by identifying new business opportunities within the international transport sector across the Baltics region.
As Sales Representative, you will be responsible for:
- Actively sell sea, rail, and air freight services within your assigned region – the Baltics
- Proactively seek and connect with new business clients
- Maintain and develop long-term relationships with existing clients
- Offer expert advice and tailor logistics solutions to client requirements
- Prepare and present offers professionally during client meetings
- Represent Logwin at industry events and business dinners
- Work closely with your Sales Support Specialist partner and Forwarding Team
Your Profile
What makes you special for us:
- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales within the freight forwarding sector along with an understanding of both air and ocean freight operations.
- Strong track record in business development, client acquisition, and commercial negotiations
- Willingness to learn the logistics market and Logwin’s services
- Very good command of the English language (minimum B2)
- A valid category B driving license and readiness to travel
- A strong results-oriented mindset and ‘can do’ attitude
