Your Tasks

· Arrange and coordinate air shipments 

· Prepare and review shipping documentation 

· Track and monitor shipments 

· Coordinate with Airlines, handling agents, haulers, warehouses and Customs Authorities 

· Ensure accurate data entry 

· Communicate with clients 

· Support sales 

· Ensure compliance with IATA 

· Check DG documentation 

· Follow company SOP’s 

· Ensure timely billing 

Your Profile

· Previous experience in a similar role within airfreight  

· Solid technical knowledge of airfreight processes 

· Familiarity with customs and import/export regulations 

· Strong communication skills and a problem-solving mindset 

· Proficiency in Office 365; experience with CargoWise One is a plus 

· Fluency in English and Czech 

· Customer-focused, collaborative team player 

· Previous airfreight handling experience (import/export) preferred
