Your Tasks

How to become an asset for our team:

As Product Development Manager – Sea Exports (m/w/d) you help shape the future of our sea export product and drive sustainable commercial growth.

  • Develop and expand our Sea Export product offering while identifying new market opportunities
  • Proactively acquire new customers and strengthen existing client and supplier relationships
  • Lead commercial initiatives to increase revenue and improve procurement performance
  • Support Inside and Outside Sales teams with tailored sea freight procurement solutions
  • Collaborate closely with senior management to implement strategic product improvements
  • Drive creative, innovative ideas to enhance competitiveness and operational excellence
  • Play an active role in building a future team around the Sea Export product strategy

Your Profile

  • 5+ years of professional experience in Sea Exports with a strong track record of sales success
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build rapport
  • A proactive, dynamic personality with a strong drive to win new business
  • Creative mindset with the ability to develop new ideas and “think outside the box”
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem‑solving abilities
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Experience with CargoWise is a plus
