Your Tasks

How to become an asset for our team:
As Inside Sales Air & Ocean (m/w/d) you hold the strings: 

  • Planning and coordination of sales campaigns 
  • Primary point of contact for all customer inquiries
  • Comprehensive customer support throughout the entire process
  • Development and preparation of quotations
  • Support for the external sales team
  • Planning and coordination of sales campaigns
  • Strategic lead generation using digital research tools and AI applications
  • Tech‑savvy use of modern systems to identify opportunities and strengthen customer relationships

Your Profile

  • Completed commercial or logistics-related training
  • (Initial) experience in inside sales and/or operations in logistic related field
  • Strong customer orientation and excellent communication skills
  • Good self‑management and organizational abilities
  • Confident and comfortable in negotiations
  • Business‑level English proficiency and fluency in Dutch
  • Proficiency in standard MS Office applications
  • Affinity for digital tools and AI-driven research — comfortable using technology for efficient lead generation and customer insights
