As Operations Clerk Air Freight Import (m/f/d) you hold the strings:
- Independent handling and processing of import air freight shipments in accordance with our quality standards
- Order entry
- Rate negotiations with airlines
- Booking of cargo space
- Invoice and document preparation
- Telephone support for our customers
Your Profile

- Completed training as a commercial clerk (m/f/d) in freight forwarding and logistics services or comparable training
- (Initial) experience in the field of air freight import or export
- Confident and professional demeanor
- Strong self-management skills
- Enjoyment of interacting with customers and international business partners
- Strong communication skills and openness
- Proficiency in standard MS Office applications
