Your Tasks

As Branch Manager (m/f/d) you hold the strings:

  • Manage the branch office and support the team in daily operations
  • Set, communicate, and drive individual and team objectives
  • Monitor branch performance and ensure budget targets are achieved
  • Develop new customer relationships and identify business opportunities
  • Recruit, develop, and retain talent, including apprentices and trainees
  • Hire and onboard new employees to support branch growth
  • Track and report KPI performance to ensure operational efficiency
  • Travel across the network to develop trade lanes and support business growth

Your Profile

  • Several years of leadership experience within the freight forwarding and logistics industry
  • Strong understanding of transportation and logistics processes
  • Experience managing strategically important customers
  • Enjoy working with customers and international business partners
  • Strong customer, service, and solution-oriented mindset
  • Entrepreneurial thinking and strong analytical skills
  • Excellent Spanish and English language skills
  • Confident, professional, and credible presence
